Somaderm Gel Directions
1. Pick a Location:
The goal is to get Somaderm into bloodstream, the best way to do this is to apply the gel to thin skinned areas on your body where you can see your veins.
The most common areas are the wrists, inside of the elbow, back of hands, top of the feet or back of your knees.
You do not want to put it on the palm of hands, in your mouth or bottom of your feet as these areas are to thick and intended for external use.
2. Determine Amount:
Most people tend to start with a Pea or Blueberry sized amount. Others say they use one full pump at each application. You just need to decide what amount works best for you.
3. Apply and Rub:
Apply the desired amount onto your skin in your desired location and rub the gel into the skin. You may consider applying the gel in locations near an injury or area that often bothers you.
The first month you can apply it 2 times per day, once in the morning, once at night each day in your desired location.
After your first month, you can switch to 2 times per day, once in the morning and once in the evening but only 5 days on, 2 days off and repeat.
Note: If you have trouble falling asleep at night, consider applying your second application a bit earlier in the day and/or use a smaller amount.
Typically, one bottle lasts 1 month.
Somaderm has a Micro dose of HGH, which means it could take weeks or even months for your body to start to correct itself and feel the potential benefits. Remember, you have likely spent the last 10+ years hurting your body in all kinds of ways, it will take time to fix it.
